Constructed with a durable 5-ply design that features an induction-compatible stainless steel exterior, an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, and a triple-aluminum core for maximum heat retention and even distribution. Heat Surround® Technology extends heat evenly across the bottom and sides of each pan to eliminate hot spots. V-flanged stainless steel Cool Grip® handles stay cool on the stovetop. Compatible with all stovetops including induction, and oven safe up to 500°F.
