macom COMFORT INSERT: Compression inserts worn beneath garments, directly on skin, offering gentle, uniform pressure to keep treated areas flat. They reduce dead space, aid skin retraction post-detachment, support surgical sites, prevent fluid retention, minimize hematomas, and optimize lymphatic drainage. Suitable for breast surgery, providing comfort under bras or breast bands. Popularly placed between skin and breast band, under the armpit for comfortable healing. For post-breast surgery, inserts can be used horizontally or vertically, depending on the treated area.
