This stunning custom made piece by Michael Castellano screams quality. Beautiful knit fabric reminds me of St. John knit. Back zip. Black & gold button detail on the bodice and sleeves cuffs. A line cut. Box pleat down the front with red matches the sleeves. Shoulder pads. I believe this was made in the late 1990's early 2000's. No size or fabric content. It measures 39" long. Laying flat seam to seam unstretched it's 19 1/2" across under the arms, 20" at the waist, 22" at the hips. Very good, clean condition. Minimal fabric wear.
I contacted the designer, who is retired now, for info on this piece and he informed that this dress would have cost around $750 back in the day.
