They are resistant to scratching, peeling, warping and corrosion. The shelves easily wipe clean and the shelf plates are dishwasher safe. The unit is able to withstand a temperature range of -36 to 190 degrees F, and is also NSF listed. The shelf has a maximum capacity of 2200 Lbs.
