Every throttle body Installs in minutes, to provide an 8-12 horsepower gain while maintaining OEM drivability and reliability by using factory style electronics and drive motor assembly. These throttle bodies are brand new CNC machined direct replacement units, they are not simply a bored out factory unit. It's an all new BBK designed 356 aluminum casting that is then fully CNC machined and assembled with brand new components that meet and exceed OEM.

BBK Performance have spent hundreds of hours, researching, developing, and experimenting with late model Ford electronic throttle bodies. As a result, we have gathered the extensive knowledge on the function of these sophisticated parts that it takes to produce the best possible product. 

All throttle bodies are direct replacements and include detailed installation instructions - best of all they are designed to give maximum horspower, torque and acceleration.

Please note:

Our engineers have designed our electronic throttle control performance throttle bodies to work in most cases with a factory tune, however depending on other modifications and ECM sensitivity on your specific application a tune is sometimes recommended, this is true with most other brand aftermarket performance throttle bodies as well. While it's not normally required, a tune will not only allow the vehicle to work with certain aftermarket add on's but will also improve overall performance of your entire array of upgrades to work together as a whole and can normally update such items as the factory torque limit functions. If you have experienced a check engine light with an aftermarket throttle body it is normally what is referred to as a soft code which will not affect drivability.
