I purchased this Mac Mini from an e-recycler. I wiped the outside, cleaned up the sticker residue, removed the previous profile, and reinstalled and updated a fresh installation of macOS Monterey to the latest supported version, 12.7.6. The purchase includes a power cord. It has 8GB of RAM.
This is not an older Late 2012 model; this is a 2014 one that will run MacOS Monterey.
