You can almost feel the history coming off of this statue. I'm not sure what the base is but the piece is 10 inches tall and the item weighs a lot for its size. It's something dense. This was handmade; not made in a form. It's covered in an off white porcelain as a finish. You can see it has been affected by time but there's no cracks and the porcelain is perfect. The clothes are 18th century is what I was told. The pattern surrounding the bottom indicates it's French. If you know the artist, please let me know. I won't change the price.
