Here is a unique vintage metal equestrian ashtray floor stand which features a racing horse handle and a horse head design on the center pole. I believe that the base of this floor ashtray stand is either cast or wrought iron, the top tray and center portion is steel black paint and surface wear, scratches and markings. I did not notice any makers markings. If you are not using this as an ashtray smoking stand, then it can be used as an outdoor bird feeder!
