Antique 1800s Wood Childs dresser with history
Full History written inside drawer
Grandfather Steinhauer Wilkes Barre, Pa for Mary Oakley his granddaughter about 1885. Laverne Thomas, Mary’s child played
with it from 1910-1920.
It was than giuen by Láveme Thamas to her niece Joan Thomas daughter Dr Irving Oakley Thomas to play with 1935. Sne played with it a few times.
Painted 1915
In 1937 Dr Irving O Thomas reconditioned it to its original state adding velvet to drawers and Xmas 1937 in possession of Miss Laverne Thomas
