This AA slip-on exhaust is just what your machine needs! We set out to produce an exhaust that looks great, sounds great, has adjustable sound levels, and has a price tag that won't have your significant other screaming at you (we can't be the only ones?).
This exhaust sounds amazing with a nice throaty bark when fully open, but it is loud without the quiet core(s). We prefer this exhaust with our Stealth Cap and our Spark Arrestor. The Stealth Cap blocks one outlet and actually makes it quieter than a single outlet muffler. The exhaust produced the most power with the Stealth Cap installed as this motor likes a good amount of back pressure. Adding the Spark Arrestor to the other outlet made no difference in power. In this configuration we gain a massive 10-12 RWHP over the OEM exhaust 44 MPH and it sounds great with a deep tone while not being crazy loud.

We also have our Super Stealth Quiet Core. This core is used in conjunction with the Stealth Cap. It's a core with a 1" baffled tube that reduces sound greatly. The internal end can be adjusted giving you less flow/sound if adjusted towards the end of the muffler. Keep in mind the Super Stealth Cap is restrictive! Using it in the wide open position (as shipped) is fine for all around riding and will produce 4-5 RWHP 44 MPH over the OEM muffler, with similar sound output (but a better tone). If adjusting this Super Stealth Core for even less volume, use caution to not use wide open throttle for more than a few seconds at a time as it will build heat and reduce airflow. We suggest only shortening the tube length for hunting or low speed applications. The Super Stealth Core cannot be used in conjunction with the Spark Arrestor, and while it is close to being classified as one, it may not pass as a screen type spark arrestor.

• This is a rear mounted muffler - does NOT fit models that mount on the side. Please check your stock exhaust mounting before purchasing.

• Fits all 2018-Up Ranger XP 1000 New Body Style only. Does NOT fit Single Cam models.
