The HID-22-SL-3M-GAP from Larson Electronics is a Pulse Start Metal Halide Light that provides operators with the intensity and good color rendering of a metal halide lamp in a unit that is safe for ground mounting and use in wet areas. The HID-22-SL-3M-GAP is equipped with 3 meters (10 feet) of 16/3 SOOW cord that is terminated in a choice of general area cord caps.
The HID-22-SL-3M-GAP is pulse start metal halide flood light that produces exceptional illumination using a 22" aluminum reflector housing that spreads a powerful flood pattern of high quality light over large areas. This fixture is equipped with a 1000 watt or 1500 watt metal halide lamp (choose lamp below) which produces the intense illumination and good color rendering normally associated with these lamps. The metal halide lamp is secured within a separate die cast housing for strength and durability while a clear tempered glass lens provides protection for the lamp. NRTL wet area certification and the high power flood beam produced by this lamp makes it ideal for applications requiring illumination of large scale areas that may be subject to wet conditions.
