Made in the USA The Larson Electronics HALD-48-2X100LED-480V Hazardous Area LED Light Fixture is designed to provide operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. This LED panel mount fixture is ETL listed Class 1 Division 2, Class 2 Divisions 1 & 2, and is approved for use within paint spray booths. Cree LED technology and compact design makes this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for paint booths and hazardous locations where flammable chemical/petrochemical vapors are present. ***PLEASE NOTE: ANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS DO NOT APPLY TO THIS HAZARDOUS LOCATION LIGHT FIXTURE*** The HALD-48-2X100LED-480V Explosion Proof fixture is a 2x4 Class 1 Division 2 hazardous location lay-in LED light fixture and is ideal for use in paint spray booths and hazardous environments where space for lighting fixtures is limited. This fixture is T5 temperature rated and is a fully integrated LED unit. The LED assembly is protected by an aluminum framed, hinged, 3/16" thick polycarbonate door that provides direct front access to the internal components. The lamp housing is designed for recessed mounting, and is constructed of non-sparking aluminum coated with a powder coated white finish.

This Class 1 Division 2, Class 2 Division 1 & 2 explosion proof light fixture provides 23,333 of high quality light while drawing only 200 watts. The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. Light weight and a low profile make this unit an attractive alternative to larger and heavier older fixtures and requires less hardware to install. The integrated LED assembly in this unit features multiple LED drivers which helps to increase the operational life of the fixture. With traditional LED lights, in the event an LED array or driver fails, the entire fixture no longer illuminates. This new series of LED lamps contains twenty-four individual LED boards configured in a series of banks. Each bank contains two LED boards with an individual driver. In the event of a driver failure, only one bank of LEDs will be effected while the other banks will continue to operate. In the event that of an LED failure, the mating LED will continue to operate. This light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 347-480 VAC without modifications. 347V is common in Western Canada, while 480V is common in the United States and Eastern Canada. This explosion proof LED light fixture is IP67 rated, dust-proof, and protected against high pressure jets and temporary submersion. The cast aluminum body and LED lamp give this light excellent durability and resistance to vibration and impacts. The housing is specially designed to dissipate heat which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the LEDs and electronics. Mounting: This fixture is designed for recessed mounting and requires a mounting hole to be made in booth panels capable of accommodating the fixture housing in order to provide the maximum amount of space in paint spray booth enclosures. Once mounted, this fixture`s door frame will extend 3/8” into the spray booth. Applications: Paint spray booths and enclosed spaces where flammable chemical/petrochemical vapors are present.
