| The Larson Electronics EXP-MTR-1P-115.230-2HP-3.6K-56HC Explosion Proof Motor is recommended for use in Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 Groups C, D and Class II, Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F, G rated work sites. The 2 HP unit is compatible with 115/230V AC single phase 60 Hz and offers 9.8 FLA. This Class F insulation rated explosion proof motor features a NEMA 56H motor frame and can be installed with industrial systems via an integrated mounting foot and C-face flange. The EXP-MTR-1P-115.230-2HP-3.6K-56HC is a fractional explosion proof motor for flammable work sites. This thermally protected unit operates with 115/230V AC single phase 60 Hz. The 2 HP motor offers 9.8 full-load amps and 4.4 amps of no-load current. Capable of generating 3,450 RPM, the unit provides 3 lbs. ft. of torque, with 120% locked rotor torque and 250% break down torque. This motor is totally enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC). The IP55-rated explosion proof motor features an ambient temperature rating of 50°C. Equipped with aluminum endshields, this unit is protected by a NEMA 56H motor frame and features Class F insulation, with 1.0 service factor. Wiring: The EXP-MTR-1P-115.230-2HP-3.6K-56HC comes with 24" of +2/-0 leads for electrical connections and an unassembled aluminum conduit box. Mount: The EXP-MTR-1P-115.230-2HP-3.6K-56HC contains C-face flange and foot mounting components for supporting the motor`s weight at both ends. The face of the motor features threaded mounting holes for ease of installation. Feet components are typically fixed on the surface, which reduces unnecessary movements during operation.
