1970s Vintage International Ladies Garment Workers Union - ILGWU Dress. Baby blue color. Size tag says Size 16, the vintage clothing sizes are much different than todays sizes- measures to approx. a size Large. Sheer over layer with a full length lining in the same blue color. Lining is encrusted with shimmering rhinestones along the bust. Belted at waist. Pleated on the front below waist. Blouson design. Elbow to 3/4 Length sleeves that have a button at cuff and also are a blouson style. Back zipper and hook and eye closure. Made in USA. Dry Clean only. Excellent Vintage Condition. No rips, tears, or stains. Wear is consistent with age. There are some loose snaps at the shoulders; used to adjust the fit of shoulders. Buttons and snap are present but need to be tacked back in place. Easy fix.
