This antique piece is from my grandmother's estate. It appears to me to be a "married" piece meaning the pendant and chain were not originally together. The pendant features seed pearls and a facet cut red stone set in unmarked 10kt gold (acid tests as 10kt). The setting is somewhat askew when viewed from side/otherwise in good condition. The pendant is strung on a 13" gold fill chain (as it was found). The older style clasp works but is a little cranky. This piece was worn by my grandmother and likely her mother, a farm family from Belt, Montana. My grandmother was born in 1921.
