| Made in Texas The Larson Electronics WDL-HR-EMG-96-4L-T8-FD-SS-CM-SPF-R1 Emergency Wash Down Fluorescent Light is an NSF compliant food safe fixture that is rated for high pressure hose down with chemicals and hot water. Equipped with four T8 shatterproof fluorescent lamps, this unit operates on 120/277V 60Hz. A backup battery provides 90 minutes of single-lamp emergency illumination in the event of power outage. Chain hanging mount installation is facilitated by included 3' stainless steel safety cables. This unit measures 8.3"-L x 7" -OD. The WDL-HR-EMG-96-4L-T8-FD-SS-CM-SPF-R1 offers powerful and safe illumination with emergency backup operation in washdown sites. This unit consists of four 32-watt fluorescent lamps. Arranged in a two-row, two-lamp configuration, the T8 lamps offer flood beam output. An internal reflector with a white coating for high reflectance helps maximize illumination by reflecting stray light downwards. These lights are offered in the following color temperature ratings: 5000K, 4100K, 3000K or 2700K. Options for the lens include clear or opaque. The opaque option promotes even light distribution and is less harsh to look at directly. The housing is constructed of 304 stainless steel, with 304 stainless steel end caps. A silicone internal o-ring gasket is available between the end cap and housing. The lamp tubes are protected by shatter resistance acrylic. A durable PEF coating makes the lamps shatter resistant and provides protection from impacts. Should the bulb break during an emergency, the internal contents and glass will remain trapped inside the unit. This coating adds an extra layer of safety for maintenance crews. Approved for indoor and outdoor use, this rugged light can withstand high pressure jets in washdown areas such as those found in food preparation and sanitation operations. With an integrated emergency ballast, the fluorescent unit will continue to operate one lamp lamp for 90 minutes after the main electrical power to the light is severed. Once standard electrical power is restored, the emergency battery pack will be recharged. The battery backup unit includes a switched leg for turning the light fixture on/off without kicking the unit into emergency mode. Voltage: The WDL-HR-EMG-96-4L-T8-FD-SS-CM-SPF-R1 operates on 120/277V 60Hz. Wiring: A 6-foot power cord with a mating IP67 rated connector and flying leads for hard wiring connections are included with this fixture. Longer cords lengths are available for extended wiring requirements. For less and convenient wiring, we also offer daisy chain models with feed-thru, end-to-end connections. Mounting: This NSF compliant light comes with 3 feet of stainless steel safety cables, which can be used for chain hanging mount installations. We offer versions with surface mount brackets for surface mounting requirements.
