Authentic Body Design

This kit recreates the powerful Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4151 with an injection-molded cab, realistic details such as cab rails, intake ducts, and visor, plus separate mirror and accessory parts. The body is pre-painted in Candy Lime Green and Semi-Gloss Black with a urethane top coat for a professional finish right out of the box.

Chassis & Suspension

The Arocs is built on Tamiya's durable ladder frame chassis, featuring aluminum side channels and resin cross members. Its 8x4 layout includes dual front steering axles and twin driven rear axles, delivering realistic maneuverability. Metal leaf springs with friction dampers provide reliable suspension, ensuring stability under load.

Drivetrain & Features

A front-mounted 540 motor powers the twin rear axles through an assembly-type 3-speed transmission, controllable via a 4-channel transmitter. For added realism, you can equip the truck with Tamiya's Actuator Set (#TAM56545) to operate the tipper bed, and the Multi-Function Control Unit (MFC-03) for lights, sounds, and vibrations. This combination transforms the model into an immersive, fully functional RC experience.
